Responsibility of the customer to hold their own travel Insurance.

It will be the responsibility of the customer to follow traffic rules and wear helmets while traveling and do not travel with drink and
other intoxication.

If the Bike or Scooty is stolen then it is your responsibility and if the bike is damaged in accident then it will be the customer’s responsibility.

Any negligent, Illegal act, Accident happen/done then Devbhoomi Bike & Scooty Rental will be not responsible.

For booking advance payment with security amount and original ID proof is to be submitted, if the advance booking done then cancellation will be accepted only 12 hours before otherwise no refund will be given.

Devbhoomi Bike & Scooty Rental have the right to terminate the agreement anytime if found any misuse or miss-happening.

Riding timing is from 7.00 am to next day 7.00 am, after that next day charges will be applicable. (Booking-24 hours open)

The per day ride limit will be 100 Km. (Max-120 Km) after it Rs.10 per Km. will be charged.
